At Comcast Corporation's 2012 annual meeting of shareholders, held May 31, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, National Center General Counsel Justin Danhof questioned CEO Brian Roberts about the offensive, potentially libelous comments made by MSNBC personnel on multiple occasions, noting how it left shareholder open to the consequences of litigation. Danhof also requested an investigation into accusations made by Rachel Maddow against the National Center for Public Policy Research on the April 24, 2012, broadcast of the self-titled program on MSNBC.

** Note: As soon as the formal business of the meeting concluded, the audio portion of the webcast was terminated and the live feed was replaced by jazz music. Justin Danhof was first up in the Question & Answer session and the beginning of his question was not broadcast. We apologize for this incomplete recording. **
