  • Good question. If you cant do stage one of any given stretch, you have to step back and evaluate where your difficulty lies. In your case, you cannot sit in anjo. You have to work more on the feet/ instep area. Watch the "stretch the feet" video that i posted. Good luck!

  • Yes, it does stretch the groin. There maybe other origins of your injury. Check with a sports oriented physician.

  • You have to keep at it to stretch your ankles to get your butt to touch your heels. Remember, it is all practice!

  • i have another question when i sit like this to stretch my groin when i finish and recover i feel like my whole legs are shaking like my muscles are in shock ... like my whole system almost collapsed ! is it because of the stretch or the muscles were too tired of the position ??? it was very scary....

    just so you know i started to stretch 3 weeks ago and i've improved alot/ i stretch everyday sometimes twice a day i do all kindes of stretching it takes me a 45 minutes workout.
