@ahnonymous2010 spouting bullshit like this in a public forum such as Youtube " forcedly pull out the locals and grabbed their lands just to put this luxurious resort". Who were the locals?? The resort is owned by locals and developed by locals.

@franceslehman Not true. The resort is owned by a couple of local entrepeneurs. Both female. One lady, Joyce, owns the Hotel Venezia and Misibis Bay and she also owns Hotel St. Ellis in downtown Legazpi City as well as Embarcadero de Legazpi. She hired the folks from Boracay's Discovery Bay Resort to run the resort in Misibis. The resort is located on gov't owned land. Arroyo has never been there. No locals were displaced. The resort is 8 acres...4 hectares of beach.

this is owned by the arroyo's. first gentleman forcedly pull out the locals and grabbed their lands just to put this luxurious resort! Arroyo family especially Mike- first gentle man has been doing this since his wife Gloria- the president is elected. He also grabbed properties in Batangas city near the beach, for sure another luxurious resort will come soon...
