I created this video with the YouTube 3D Video Editor (http://www.youtube.com/editor_3d)

Try it out. I'll be using this graphic (or a slightly tweaked version of it) for some of my upcoming videos. It's a basic spiral graphic, turned into a 3D sphere, and then rendered from lightly different angles to produce a 3D image. If you are't familiar with YouTube's new 3D viewing options, check it out here.

My hypothesis is that the 3D spiral is even better than a 2D spiral because it focuses your attention even more. Feel free contribute to my experimental data set by leaving feedback in the comments section below.

Now I can hypnotize you not only long and wide, but also deep! HAHAHA. That sounds a little pervy, but it's true.

By the way, feel free to use this graphic for your own hypnosis videos, but PLEASE credit me, or I'll hypnotize you into feeling deeply like someone with a suspended YouTube account. :)

  • @OmniWhisper - HAHAH. I know, right? Eventually when I get time, I have some ideas to try and upgrade it a little to take the trippyness to the next level. Like upgrading from everyday shrooms to the kind of stuff only the government has that they administer to volunteer military recruits in top secret government labs.

  • O.M.G. dude.. UNBELIEVABLE..!!!! :O .. stare at this for a while, then look away and EVERYTHING YOU LOOK AT MOVES AND DISTORTS..!! :D Sooo trippy.. Who needs psychedelic drugs..? lol.. :)

  • @Yurameshi - Well, by using the 3d button at the bottom of the video screen you can toggle around between using 3D glasses or the crossed-eyes technique. If you're lucky enough to be able to do the crossed eyes technique easily and stay relaxed (which is something I can do ... I had a LOT of Magic Eye books as a kid) then that's probably best. Otherwise, go with the glasses.

  • looks cool, but do we need glasses? i cant see that being too hypnotic as it is.... tho it is kinda fun to stare at.
