Yea, after a while the heat generated from the headers might melt wires. I have the dc sports and they gave off serious heat, so i just wrapped them up so that i dont mess up my car

dude i just got the same headers on my 2005 tsx 6spd man and did you have any problems with too much heat generated from the thinner headers

They make the noise too than when you accelerate or press the gas..where is located this headers thanks again i thnk i saw you on ACurazine.

headers are a different type of exhaust manifold (channels the seperate air flow from each cylinder and directs it more efficiently)

Can't say I have noticed anything like this, my TSX is also a 05 however it only has 30,000 KM on it which is about 18,000 miles, I don't drive it much.
Might want to check up on acurazine and their TSx forums incase other guys are haven that problem.
