The Parker Concert Band performing the Hogan's Heroes March by Jerry Fielding, arranged by Eric Ostling. May 11, 2009.
The video you see was projected onto the walls of the auditorium during the performance.
From the program insert:
"Hogan's Heroes was a television show that aired on CBS from 1965 until 1971 - a total of 168 episodes. The story was about a group of POW's, led by Colonel Robert Hogan, and their efforts to outwit the inept Commandant Klinik and Sergeant Shultz of a fictitious German prisoner of war camp during World War II. Written by Jerry Fielding, the theme music is a march and became quite popular during the life of the show."
