A 20-year-old maintenance man has pleaded guilty to beating and killing a 7-year-old north Georgia girl, who disappeared from a playground at her apartment complex and was found in a trash bin. (Jan. 17)

And for some odd reason you people think the state would kill him why?. . . the death penalty is slowly going down and is not the " Be All " solution anymore. . why?. . .the State can't make money off a dead body that could be better going to prison and having YOUR tax dollars pay for him. . will he get killed in jail most likely by other inmates... BUT the State will always try to make money off them and the justice system before just killing him. . .U.S is not what it used to be people WAKE UP

Excuse my french but this guy enflames the hell outta me . I'm 14 i swear to god if this guy somehow escapes prison or gets paroled (which i find nearly impossible) i will beat him until he cant see.
