  • @PivotMegaman Agreed, but UMvC3 is the same shit over and over again. Spam Support characters, spam projectiles, jump around, teleport, and combos that kill one character with over powered unbalanced characters. SF takes much more skill.

  • Designers did a horrible job on the alternate costumes for Ken and Ryu. The cowboy thing is just stupid and the too-rag on Ryu just makes him look like a huge douchebag.

  • @kankerturk123 *extending post 3. instead of doing the option select for (for example): backthrow, dash (2x) cr. MP (whiff) s. HK (for crouch-tech). You can do: backthrow dash (2x) HK tatsu (this will cross him up, and this is EXTREMELY hard to punish, let alone COUNTER). You can also backthrow, dash jump in mk for A safejump bla bla look it up (safejumps option selects etc.). Don't do none of that HK tatsu at A FB war thing (if the opponent is good he can make you BLEED)! Hope I helped! :)

  • @kankerturk123 *extending post 2. Work cross-up tatsu in your gameplay (if you have super this is very deadly.. it combos). Work on your ZONING (Fireball AND footsies). The most basic way to tell you (but please do explore) is: DON'T THROW FIREBALLS WHERE THEY CAN JUMP IN AND 60% YOU kay? ^^ If you chuck fireballs from JUST the right range it will still be hard for the opponent to think what to do (this is what you want). Also try to mix-up on your safejumps, option selects. For example: instead

  • @kankerturk123 To further extend this, if you DON'T see A counter hit I would definitely go for cr. LK EX Tatsu. Your ultra also won't scale as much with this combo :)! Also for Ryu players A few notes (might help): Learn to auto-correct, abuse Ryu's 3 frame MP DP (NO SAFEJUMPS), master auto-correct DPs, anti-air for longer range than your DP: use s.HP (s.HK if your reaction is really good+has more range!) If you're in the lead just anti-air with cr. HP to be safe, don't try to be the hero!
