Yeahhh happy aniversary I went to watch the brazilian's company and they are sooo good. One of the peculiar things, was the interaction between the dancers and the audience trough the bag's shaking. I think every dancer has to visit this location.

I saw Mark Morris at Jacob's Pillow last year, and it was marvelous.

Great video. This may seem like a small point but it makes the difference. In 1970 Dr. Joann P. Kealiinohomoku published "An Anthropologist Looks At Ballet As A Form Of Ethnic Dance" in Impulse Magazine. She suggested that it is un-thoughtful to lump very dissimilar non-European-derived traditions under the label of "ethic dance." All dances are ethnic because everyone has some sort of ethnicity. Let's move forward in our terminology as presenters, publicists, and critics of dance.
