@DarrenDNY I suggest working both static and dynamic exercises (handstand against the wall (working towards getting the hands to be only a few inches away with the belly facing the wall) and handstand pushes are two great variations). I am still learning about the handstand and highly recommend checking out idoportal and gymnasticbodies on the web. Cheers -George
