  • i let that foot off the pedal all the time helps keep from sliding out on flat land or off chamber turns. I like the diagrams shown over the top of the rider. it really helps illustrate the mechanics of turning. good video

  • pretty bad technique. if you take your foot off then it takes longer to get pedaling.

  • any one who cant take a turn is missing fucking chromosones

  • Haha the last time i put my foot out.... got caught on a rock. Tore ligaments in my knee and ankle and was out of riding for the year. But its still a good technique to do, only on dirt tracks, not downhill. But thats my opinion.

  • 4967 views,and this deffo deserves some comments,the principle is right,i dont know so much about dropping your foot like that on every turn though,how are you supposed to pedal out of a turns when your foot is hovering above the ground,hmmm. But still,it will definately help beginners to understand the fundementals of what riding involves, so keep up the work. ;_)
