I have a question: Not only did Apple move the vibrate switch on the 4S, but they also moved the signal emitter to the top of the vibrate switch. Does this case block that or not?

@poiasdpoi depends on where you drop it. If you drop it on flat surfaces, like tiled floors, then it should be fine, but if it were to fall on rocky terrain and land on it's screen, then it might crack.

This case does not fit the iPhone 4s. You will have to cut a thin layer around the vibrate on/off switch. You guys shouldn't market this as being compatible for the 4s.
