Smiling Bob? More like Stabby McStabberson. That er... smile.. is not indicative of good mental health. Bob has his eye (mind/heart/penis) set on something immediately above your head (or perhaps it's your scalp), with his jaw dropped, his facial muscles contorted in sheer pain. And apparently someone in marketing thought it a good idea to advertise spontaneous lobotomy as a side effect. Actually more of a main effect...
