Second WOD of the day. Did some speed conditioning earlier in the day which gassed my legs and shoulders, then this junk!!!....Not too pretty, very painful!!

  • props to you man, I did it this morning with 111 lbs and only got 5 rounds + 5 hang cleans. push presses were impossible for me
