許燕斌---香煎雞腿

材料&調味料
雞腿 4隻
蕃茄汁 120g
辣醬 1匙
糖 1/2茶匙
麵粉 少許
鹽 少許
醬油 少許
油 2茶匙


作 法
1. 將雞腿割開去骨,用刀背拍鬆,切成長塊,用醬油 2 湯匙醃 20 分鐘。
2. 用麵粉沾勻,放入油鍋中煎炸成八分熟,然後把油倒出,留少許油,加入番茄汁、辣醬油、糖、酒 1 湯匙和鹽,再燒數分鐘即可。
3. 盛盤後,盤邊飾以香菜。
