Shakira, did you READ the law???????????? The law is already in effect as a federal law, it is just not enforced. If it was enforced there would be no need for SB1070. Do you understand the immigration laws of the United States and Mexico?

The Mexican immigration law is much stricter than the US law, but you don't complain about that do you?

Read and understand the law before you speak against it, also come visit our beautiful federal parks that are closed because the drug lords took them over!

wrong, it you CAN ONLY be arrested for a violation of the law, then if you can not provide documentation, you are taken to the police station, then you are asked to call a family member to bring you documentation to the station, if you CANNOT provide legal documentation you are illegal and there fore you will be arrested for some time until they send you back across the boarder. IT HAS ABSOLUTELY NO RELATION TO RACIAL PROFILING

Have you ever been stopped 10 times in one week by the police in Arizona? I know of 15 Americans who were stopped because their skin is brown.
