Tony Montana, you need to change your entire workout program, I think. At your size there is no reason why you should be doing cable flys, oblique bends, or even bicep curls. Isolation exercises are the LAST thing you need to focus on. Try all compound exercises. Front Squats, Deadlifts, Decline Bench, Bent-over Rows, Shoulder Presses, and Pull-ups.
For abs, only do Russian Twists, Barbell Roll-outs, and Planks.
You will be AMAZED at your results. Supplement with BCAA and EAAs.
