As well as providing high-end magazine design, our primary work is revamping and launching beautiful and functional publications and editorial layout. To date we're successfully revamped eight international lifestyle magazines including the luxury lifestyle magazine Prestige and the men's lifestyle magazine August Man, and launched four more local and overseas titles, all of which have been well received by advertisers and readers alike. We provide clients with fast creative solutions with rapid turnaround.
A launch/revamped publication must be colourful, bold, fresh and interesting - replacing a look that has become dated or one that has been tinkered with so many times that it has lost its focus. While a redesign is almost always aimed at attracting new readers, and advertisers the magazine must be careful not to alienate its old loyal readers and advertisers. It's not a small thing. A full-fledged redesign - complete with new typography, navigational systems, a colour palette, story structures, perhaps a dramatic new logo - is a pretty tall order, but would be a breath of fresh air and can reawaken, excite and motivate staff.
Prototyping, project maintenance, analysis, presentation, all are significant commitments that can take many months in a typical redesign or launch, my current work is usually depending on pagination is within the within a minimum 6-10 week time frame. At The Telegraph we spent approximately six mths on our redesign. Magazine readers today have to search harder to spot their favorite title on the news stand. And the typical reader has less time than ever before to digest the amount of information placed before them. You're creating a corporate identity for your publication in the form of a look that should last several years, In the long run using a qualified outsider with experience in launch/redesigns may long-term be the more cost-effective solution.
We have earned the trust, and repeat business of clients from around the world, and across numerous industries. And we look forward to the opportunity of collaboration, and bringing visual sophistication and value to your publications.
Best wishes,
