this mzungu reporter is either singing or reciting a poem. but i too am confused as to what use is this youth development fund and who has ever benefitted from it?
someone please enlighten me cos all I see is most kenyan youths turning to drugs and criminal activities due to lack of jobs and opportunities

Sorry; what was the youth fund supposed to achieve again? If these guys can steal IDP funds, flog firefighting equipment, what's to stop them from gouging themselves on youth funds. The only SUCCESSFUL way to fund enterprise is to demand a rate of return commensurate with market or above-market returns - PE, VC or angel investing; not some pool of funds run by non-financiers and a crowd of squabblers.

I have serious doubts with these politicians esp. with Mbugua joining the bandwagon....normally boards and committees have inside information on contentious issues...they'd spill the dirt, go to court or hold their peace!
