A simulation of what a meteorite collision might look like. I added a soundtrack rather than have the Japenese, as in the original. The song is "Casino" from the soundtrack to Run Lola Run.
I believe the other versions of this video have been removed, however there were once versions with English and Japanese voice-overs on YouTube.

@soopakoopavids I actually agree with you. This may sound a bit silly but in this game called Assassin's Creed. There was this race of advanced humans which were the first life before all other humans with technology similar to ours before being wiped out by a Solar Flare. It's just a game but it raises a few questions. Because I find it hard to believe that there wasn't a previous more advanced society before us. And if there was, we wouldn't have any way of knowing would we?

I just realized that that a lot of the aftermath shots actualy look like what scientists speculated the earth may have looked like when it first began. What if this happened, and then all life was wiped out, and a completely new cycle of life forms come about? The whole history of Earth all over again?
