Here is an interesting move that you can use from the knee on belly position that I find a little easier than the traditional kimura. Give it a shot and let me know how it works for you.

  • Works great. Showed my training partners this and this modified version from the guard. I like your instruction. I have a request for you. While rolling against heavyweights I was getting killed with Knee on belly and knee on chest-neck. Fighting back to side control and half guard was ok but do you have anything to add besides the normal escapes? Its not easy against someone 2 weight classes above. My walk around is 200 dry. These guys are 240+. Lighter guys I can handle.

  • @joebro82 I have a video on the channel that shows an option for escaping this position but it may not be the best option with guys that much bigger than you. I'll give it some thought and let you know what i come up with. thanks again fro the feedback

  • Hey @joebro Pedro saur has a badass sweep from bottom knee on belly

  • Again thank so posting this technique. I hit this in class today. Then while showing it to someone else the guy rolls through..... How do you like to finish when they roll through. I'd love to see a follow up video showing that.

  • Thank you for showing another effective submission. I like this and will definitely be adding it to my knee on belly game.

  • best of the best
