How the cpu didn't come with fan...Can you unlock its core...I heard it can be unlock to quad core with 6MB cache and 45nm...

It doesn't come with the fan because the people who buy these CPU's are going to overclock thus using a good cooler so it's a waste putting a stock cooler in there.
That unlock can be only done with the new 45nm Phenom II based dual cores, not this.
The Athlon II X4 620 is a great deal for $99, runs at 2.6 GHz stock.
