hey there..actually on day 14 post op, i wore 3 ince high heels without no crutches or any type of support for my brothers wedding...im not sure how i didnt have a bad accident esp when going on the stage (4 steps i had to do)...but it was ok... i have nothing against the knee brace but i feel as though if i had it on, it would stop me from gently exercise my knee...my approach from straight after op was to keep it in motion to avoid stiffness and pain...

No, you are quite right to wear your heels-tyhat's what we real girls do. I'm glad to be recovered now but I did love to make most of my disabled condition over the period of 27 months getting back use of my left leg. My boyfriend became my fiance and we got married last October. I had a PASSIVE EXERCISE MAHINE which kept my leg muscles quite well. Anyway thanks for this and your other videos---SO TOTALLY NATURAL and well sympathetically done. Thanks, LOVE, Shuyena Eva and Greg xxxxxx
