@saree1972 not the same, NeilMed has some pressure behind it from you squeezing. It's just easier to use.

I have feelings of dizziness, which I attribute in part to allergy/sinus. I already use their netti pot which I find quite helpful

I had surgery on my sinuses and when they healed i had to use this product,,,, Talked my wife into trying it and shes a believer she uses it 2-3 times a week.... I learned from experiance never try it with out the solution cause it will set your sinuses on fire with plain water for some reason

@WranglerYJ91 Yep, that saline solution does the trick! I don't know what it is either about plain water burning, but it's something about the chemistry of it not being compatible with our sensitive mucous membranes.
