@Brandallwilkie hi this is a cheap lifetech external its a copy of the eheim all the same just a different motor only cost £30 and a pretty good filter still going strong now and easy to clean

I have 1 RES and dont know if he is eating. How do you tell if they are eating?

@soulassssns just feed them with tweezers that way you can see how much they eat if not put it in water and watch if their shy after a while if you stand back theyll eat there greedy even when shy hows he getting on now ? sorry its been so long been real busy and i hope your turtle has eat by now as i think it would be dead if it hasnt and dnt listen to pet shops that say all you need is a uvb strip light. you DO need a heat lamp for basking. they just want a sale
