so today i thought it was just billie piper filming down here in margate the was on the harbour arm but it turned out to be billie piper and david tennant squee and yes it not that close but i just thought you like to see it

@ladylake2004 I honestly don't know how I'd react if I got to see him in person. Probably burst into tears and ramble about what a brilliant actor he is. Good luck with meeting him!
