Great IOE/EOE, but there are a few things I'd like to point out: 1) the tip of the tongue was skipped; 2) the palpation of the cervical chains was fairly rough in nature, and; 3) in my experience, having the patient turn their head right and left to swallow gives a better palpation of the thyroid :)
