There's talk about Africans having a low IQ and African immigrants lowering the US IQ. Honestly, I know some kids from Africa who can spell better than some Americans and African students who have received course exemptions in degree programs because of their high school education. Please remember that the average African has to master the Western/European ways and their own tradition so most Africans end up becoming multi-lingual learning one European language. I believe that takes intellect.
