  • great workout! I recently moved out from Queens Ny now living in Colorado with a big back yard. Where do you think I can get the metal bar posts from? a welder? lowes? home depot? Thanks.

    i will,but still slam legs once a week hard,and do some shaping stuff,always concentrating on core body strength,chin uppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp­pppppppppppppps
