If only Ralph Nader had become president 2001... It's scary to think how many more would be alive today (not only from the wars, the economy meltdown means more people starving to death etc)

Democrats and Republicans are all bought and paid for by banks, big oil, and big money. The only true change will be from third party people. Now is the time to get involved in building a third part. While Democrats may do some things a little different, there is no real change.

Get involved. Run for office.

We need new blood in our political system.

American news programming looks as weak as Dr. Smith from Lost In Space compared this segment. The best way to understand what goes on in America (and the world) is from independent left sources (Z, FAIR Extra!, Counterpunch, to a degree the Nation, Amy Goodman's Democracy Now, among others), and from foreign media outlets. This lady would last about 30 seconds in American corporate media. We need more like her.
