I am on day 4 of the 30 day method and boy is it hard, but I already see a difference. Don't knock it till you try it!I have opted not to follow her diet, it just didnt appeal to me,but to cut out junk food and bread but still have wholesome meals.

I wonder if her 500-calories-a-day day diet has anything to do with having "teeny tiny" figures.
And "perfection is possible"? What a horrendous thing to say, particularly to impressionable young people. She is reinforcing some hideous stereotypes.
Thank goodness Madonna was clever enough and stopped working with her quickly.

Perfection? Tracy... if your body was perfect, you'd have gorgeous curves... think Kelly Brook and Scarlett Johansonn :-D

WARNING Don't waste your money - this woman's a fraud in more ways than one.. PLEASE do some research on this woman before you shell out your money. The amazon.com reviews - particularly the one star reviews are very telling. She gives no instruction whatsover. People can achieve better results with less time (Anderson demands 2 HOURS A DAY) & through other methods. And I just saw a picture of GP in her bikini on huffington post....Gwyneth - you've just been PUNKED by Tracy Anderson!

An Oompa Loompa with bolt on boobs and zero hip to waist ratio... Who wants to work that hard and have such a thick square "waist" ?? in fact there is no waist at all on her. Go Tracy-GO AWAY!
Yes, she doesn't give instruction very easily, but if you are going to be working out to her DVDs 6 days a week, most people could pick it up pretty easy.
Also- not every woman can get a waist, it depends on your body type. Ruler shapes like Gwyneth do not easily obtain this.
Fraud or not, her workouts DO work, at least for me. Within a week, I have seen some changes in my body that other forms of exercise (including P90x, turbo jam, etc) have failed to deliver. Don't knock it till you try it

i have done it for months now and it's freakin unbelievable!!!! Now I'm a person who's stayed in shape with running, gym, yoga, dance and martial arts for years.... But I have NEVER SEEN anything as effective and focused as this... If you don't have a huge space to do the dance cardio (which I don't)... at least do the mat workouts every day and find a good cardio to ad on top.... Tracy is the GURU
