    Your the 'dumb ass'. Don't comment on something unless you know what you are talking about. That is a spoonbill or paddlefish. They are not rare here in Missouri. We have a 45 day fishing season for them where we can keep two per day (if of the correct length).

  • they are not rare at all really common in Oklahoma where i live you catch them quite a bit if you try snagging
