@tdelmege . Well actually at 4:08, Blanche did introduce her to the guys as Dorothy. The piano guy could be listening to Blanche while she was talking.

The guy playing the piano accidently lets slip "Very good Doro-(thy)", even though he just met her and doesn't know her name. He tries to muffle the ending to hide his error. Listen for it...
