Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2010 gameplay , Subaru WRX STI chase on HD 3850 / Athlon x2 6000+

game looks fine and fun

runs normally 22-40 fps on high settings while not recording
recording has kinda low fps 11-15 , on medium settings.

Athlon x2 6000+ 3.01 Ghz
Sapphire radeon hd 3850 512 MB vers.
2GB 6400 OCZ dual channel Reaper ram 800mhz
