  • That's ridiculous. For one, if you want to support an artist, see them live and buy merchandise. They get far more money that way. But secondly, and more importantly, music will never stop existing. The sounds you hear every day are music, with the right ear. I think the Books are an amazing band for exactly this reason. They take things we hear every day and make us realise how good those things really sound.

Maybe the static from television to you, but to me, part of the orchestra.

  • my favorite track by the books, first one I ever heard

  • @mattyrealboy sorry what's happening? >.>

    is someone dying?

  • Sounds like my high school. My son thinks it was my life with my mentally ill mother. Perhaps, I don't want to see that YET> especially since she died. I have buried a lot of the pain and left myself with only the love.

  • anyone knows this voice by sean penn from what the movie?

i had looked for it ,but ican not....

  • I nearly cry every time I hear this track, when the teachers voice cracks as he says "eyes closed" and you realise whats going on - so beautiful, nearly crying now just thinking of it as I type.

  • I totally agree with SgtSanchez the things you hear everyday are music in a different form, music has been around as long as time has it's in the wind and in the tree

  • kinda reminds me of tortoise

  • @moffsel For you even to bother replying to a comment on YouTube and saying something negative is ridiculous. Go color or something.

  • This reminds me of an aging man on a porch, on a very warm evening, with the sun just setting, and his children playing in the yard, with a spotted dog, on a very green lawn.

    I don't know.

    Maybe that's just me.

But I'll tell you one thing: It speaks to anyone who listens.

  • Moving.
