i am just grateful to had the great pleasure to see rory performing for several times. not only one of the most talented, for sure he was the most sympathic, too.

I only discovered Rory recently, but ever since I heard shadowplay I've been absorbing his wonderful music and literature about him. Also my mothers roots are in Cork, where he lived for much of his life. Next year I plan to visit the city and while I'm there I intend to visit his grave lay some flowers and simply to tell him "thankyou".
R.I.P Rory.

It's a cool headstone & if I ever make it to that graveyard I know how to find Rory's grave,, look for the golden sunshine.

@shirtcreek I know how you felt, I went to Phil Lynotts grave and wept, I too am nearly 6ft. amd a lorry driver. i must pay tribute to Rory sometime.

Your opinion and fair enough, but, as stated before, it is a replica of an award he won, so it
is maybe a tacky award ? No don't think so !
The important thing here is the fact that many people still visit the grave and enjoy his music, He, for me, will always be the best.
