The demo being done is very difficult. Becuase he is just removing a 1-2 inch layer of refractory. Behind that refractory is slag. If he breaks throught the slag molten nickel will come running out (very bad). He has limited experience on the Brokk 330 but is doing a good job. This is a dangerous and painstaking process, but reduces down time and saves alot of man hours.
