I know what he means about the third cliffhanger ending, but I still believe that the FIRST one is a cracker as well.

@TheHairofTime I know, I know, I have it. Talk about a classic. Davison was able to depart on a real high with that fantastic story.

I can't believe K-9 called the character "Doctor Who" and not "The Doctor".

Peters my 2nd favorite Dr. Tom is the first. The 70's and early 80's were the best years. The Golden Years of Dr Who. Nowadays it just a bunch of silly soap opera crap. With some exceptions like The Stolen Earth, or The Poison Sky. But some stories just make me cringe. The Dr doesn't need a wife. Especially an unatrractive one who looks and sounds like a man. Try telling the idiots in charge of dr who now. Like talking to a brick wall.

I miss and <3 Peter Davison as the Doctor, and I've only seen 5 eps of him! :D

@ukrainegirl I agree, but maybe they just couldn't get hold of the others - busy on other projects or something.

Aww, I <3 Peter Davison, though I have yet to see Caves of Androzani. Not very happy about the fact that ALL of Five's previous companions were ignored and Peri, who he spent merely two serials with, got the spotlight. Nothing against Peri or Nicola Bryant, but something just felt off about that setup :/
