What a breathtaking movie ! Also , it leaves a lump in your throat . I hope Moslems , Jews and Christians  can live together in peace , worshipping the same God that the Prophet Abraham worshipped

Seriously now guys,this is a HOLLYWOOD movie,so what did you expect? Historical accuracy? Hollywood would have had no qualms introducing Xena and Hercules to the movie if it was more profitable.Look at what they did to the 300,the spartans were fighting almost naked like Conan the barbarian and the Persians were depicted as alien deformed monstrosities, i'm surprised Cthulhu didn't show up just to spice things up a bit.Never take Hollywood seriously, simply enjoy the hilarious part of it all.

good movie but in some parts historically inacurate, during the crusades balian of ibelin feel to his knees in front of saladin and begged him to spare his life and his knights, but in the movie its almost a casual conversation and the muslim armies lost very little men taking jerusalem, again in the movie they lost men by the thousands

@hokv19 I am talking about honor killings of children especially women and girls. Women aren't property. They should not be killed because they did something that irritates some Muslim guy. Christians don't kill their children when they make mistakes. It's not all Muslims but I am addressing your comments.

@potent454 yea what about your history? who invented the electric chair?, who killed thousand of Muslims in the crusades? yea you don't like to kill, you can't live without killing :) i'm not saying all Christians are bad or something, i don't have any problems with them, at the matter of fact i love them, not all of course like in every religion, there are Muslims i don't like, but you people hate Islam like its killing you, even though we didn't do anything wrong to you.

Great Movie.. music was excellent.. Drama was actually comparable to life .. nothing but a reminder of the horrors in life.. sheesh thanks... I thought Arabians/Muslims cherished Romance.. (& Love?)
