@freedumb1able why then was Syl given credit? and was he involved in the settlement? i had a similar thing happen many years ago. my late friend Mike and i played in differant bands but on certain nights we would record our new ideas on an old tascam. the point being we would hand out these tapes to get feedback from other Boston area bands the Blake Babies being one of them, several years later it ended up on a Lemonheads record credited to Evan Dando! RIP Mikey

David Johansen is one of the only entertainers who has reinvented himself throughout his career and succeded every time. Whether one thinks these changes were for the good or not, you have to admire him for his talent and creativity.
