quizzley7 I am 5 8 and I dunk in my highschool team games. I m in my high school's team and my dunking wows everyone (like the girls haha). It was honestly extremely easy, I just followed the special training program over at 50inch vertical[dot]com - I m sure you can probably do it too

So my high school teammate quizzley7 finally told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but jumps over 8 inches taller! So he took the training workout over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | and gained over 16 inches in his vertical jump!
