are they good for heavy bag workout?

question, I have a sister in Canada who can buy this for me (where they are considerably cheaper than in my country), for just bag workouts, do I need hand wraps? size M seems to be perfect fit for me but if I need handwraps then I'll have to upgrade to size L

do u have a lot of knuckle rubbing when u punch with these. I have a pair of ufc training gloves and they constantly leave red marks on my right hand in particular. Do u have this same problem with these?

Hey im 17 Stone and 6'2 and looking for some gloves. Are Large RDX gloves any good for my size?
What gloves would you recommend that offer the most protection for heavy bag work?

For bag work padding is necessary but not as important. The main thing is to protect the hands from getting scuffed-up from the friction of the bag and also wrist support.
Plus you don't want to spend a fortune on gloves that will get used up quick!
1. Leather is a MUST- the cheap vinyl will not last
2. Long wrist wrap- a couple of wraps to support the wrists
I have a few pairs of my "Renegade" gloves left and they meet this criteria. I will let a pair go to you for $18+5 shipping

That is a large. If you are looking for a particular size- I'm about 6ft, 200lbs.
If you are going to wear wraps- go to an XL or XXL
I just posted a new video in the Official Fight Glove on my channel
