CLINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A man charged with animal cruelty after investigators find dead animals on his property admits his guilt. A Clinton County municipal court judge gave Kenneth Huffaker a suspended jail sentence and ordered him to see a psychologist. Officials charged Huffaker in September after dead horses and cows were found on his property on Canada Road. Investigators say they also found horses, sheep and goats that were starving. When he was charged in Clinton County, Huffaker was already on probation in a similar case.
