get a half size smaller or keep it true to your size because theres no extra padding in this shoe

okey...but i have on my normal(??) nike shoes means not that big and for 30 euros and on this shoes i have 40 a half...but i also have nike boots for the wnter and on this shoes i have 40 and this is nerly to big....than i have football shoes in 41 which are also nerly to big...but my first named shoes are very old so a liitle bit bigger
