@SuperDrolli I'm going to tell you the background of this poem.
Chuuya Nakahara had a best friend. His name was Hideo Kobayashi(1902-1983).
Mr. Hideo Kobayashi was one of the greatest literary critic in Japan.
Chuuya had a girl friend. Her name was Yasuko Hasegawa.
Ms. Yasuko Hasegawa was an actress and her figure looked like Greta Garbo.
One day Yasuko left Chuuya and fell in love with Hideo.
Chuuya lost love. But he didn't brame them.
Then he wrote this poem.
