nice video, i myself am only a teenager but i enjoy seeing footage of the greatest to ever play

Aaron played for the love of the game, not because he felt the world owed him anything. Unlike Bonds, who was arrogant and jealous enough that he thought he had to be better than everyone. It wasn't about production with Bonds, it was simply about money. Plus Aaron part of his career when the pithcing mound was several feet closer, and pitchers did waht ever they could to get a guy out; i.e. spit, vaseline, etc. Uppers wouldn't help a persons performance anyway you jerky.

@chenarch Awesome video (and equally awesome song). Man, if I had to pick one year I could go back to (if I were able to perform time travel) it would be 1973. What a time. I feel sorry for all of these 20 and 30-somethings (even the 40-somethings who were too young to have remembered the early 70s) who missed out on the 70s. I wouldn't trade my age for anything in the world.

Wow. Great video.
I was actually at that game! I was 7 years old, almost 8. It was the 2nd baseball game I ever went to.
Being a Mets fan, I remember asking my dad why Mets fans were cheering for 'that guy on the Braves for hitting a HR against US!?' My dad explained it was because of what he was accomplishing. I didnt quite get it at the time.
Thank you so much for sharing this video. Great memories

man i love your video

Hi Chenarch. Great film clip of a great player and man. I was looking for clips of Hank on YouTube because yesterday (Feb. 5th 2010) was his 76th birthday.
By the way, have you thought of donating this film to the Hall of Fame? I'm sure they would love to have a copy of this in their collection.

Hey Jersey (I'm Jersey too)
That's a cool idea to donate it to HoF. I'll ask them if they'd like a copy. Thx for the comment!
