This is a video for my friend Ikuyo who lives in Japan. Here I'm telling her about Bonnaroo, the largest music fest in America.

  • Im starting to learn Japanese but since i must learn Kanji and that is chinese ( I think ) will I be trilingual

  • Cool, you have a long road ahead of ya! Just so you know, there are two pronunciations for each kanji, one is the chinese pronunciation, the other is the Japanese. The Japanese don't use as many kanji as the chinese do, but it will certainly give you an understanding about it!

  • Did you learn japanese on your own, or did you also take some classes?

  • On my own, but with the help of lots of books, computer programs, CD's and of course, Ikuyo!

  • Pretty good considering that you learned it on your own, but you need to work harder on you pronunciation, because it's quite off at some parts.
