You know, one thing bother me: Why didn't the producers thought of putting the Deputy Vehicles of Sheriff Buford T. Justice's home county? I don't mind the Texas Highway Patrol group of Gaylord, they are from Texas. But Reggie's was quite a pull, from Quebec Canada. They would never made it before Bandit's arrival. It would've been awesome see Sheriff' Justice's county officers on the brawl on their cars. 3 times the damage:). Still The Derby scenes as it is, is good.

Are you kidding, this movie presented the greatest demolition derby of all times. There have been more car crashes and stunts than ant movie I have ever seen. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself.

I Really love the air view of the truck & police cars at 1:56. Shows a greater perspective of the number of vehicles used in the Demolition Derby sequence. I Think I count 26 or 28 truck, while I lost the count of  police cars around 30 to 34. They should had used that one instead of the lower angle of the movie.
