VW GLI pumps out an amazing 207 lbs of torque and 200 horsepower. A P.O.S toyota corolla xrs only makes a shitty 158 horsepower and 162 lbs of torque... Obviously this retard wasted money and got a chip and put a T-charge in it. Stupid idea to waste money into a toyota. Volkswagen. Das Awesome.

if he is making 252hp and 303 tq then i totally see this race correctly and he does have parts listed. the vw tip the scales at 3300lbs! where the xrs is somewhere between 2500 & 2600. I know the modes that this car has and has seen his dyno sheet hes making just over 200 hp, cant remember tq but these engines are not designed for tq thats for sure. Also the xrs has longer gears and redlines at ~ 8500. Dont get me wrong though i LOVE the gli for its comfort and handeling!

I was thinking the same thing. When I was stock in my GLI, I had too much torque for any Toyota or Honda, now at Stage 2...I don't even bother...there's no point in waisting my gas to embarass all the ricers.

His ECU has adjusted for every mod he has on his dub. That's what makes the chip an essential piece of the equation. he basically spent 800 bucks for nothing. You can tell hes obviously not chipped. You can see where the XRS got pulled on because of the low end grunt that runs flat at about 5500 where the boost tapers off completely. The XRS started to pull away because a stock dub doesn't give much in 3rd. That was a good kill for the XRS...Now go find an actual stage 2 GLI.
