Description: Press ESC during a game to acess your main menu/pause menu "OR" when you load gta vice city and do the following:

Click on:

- Options -
- Controller Setup -
Change your Standard Controls To CLASSIC CONTROLS!
After doing this just go back to the game and there you are you now can target people around and kill them easier.
